Published On August 24, 2026

On July 30, 2026, Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden released a request for information (RFI), “Health Coverage That Works for Everyone”, seeking feedback on a range of policy proposals to reform health coverage in America, including lowering premiums and deductibles, expanding coverage options with Medicare-like choices for everyone, simplifying enrollment, ending insurance company practices that delay and deny care, and limiting corporate business practices that drive up health care costs.

The new resource below from USofCare outlines all of the information requests and requests for feedback included in this RFI and the page number where they can be found in the document. Additionally, this resource includes guidance for state consumer advocacy organizations on responding to this RFI.
