USofCare Announces Policy Fellowship Program, Jason Helgerson and John McCarthy Named Inaugural Fellows
USofCare is pleased to announce the formation of its Fellowship Program and has named Jason Helgerson and John McCarthy as its inaugural fellows. The USofCare Fellowship Program will consist of experts in specific areas of health care who can provide advice to policymakers and advocates. The policy fellows will harness their specialized knowledge and on the ground experience to help USofCare develop and refine policies that ensure better health care for more Americans.

USofCare has named Kristin Wikelius as its new Policy Director. Wikelius will oversee state and federal policy work, enabling the organization to work towards finding solutions that put health care over politics. At US of Care, Wikelius will lead the effort to identify state-based, scalable policy solutions to ensure that every single American has access to quality, affordable health care regardless of health status, social need, or income.
