Kevin Pérez-Allen

Chief Communications Officer

Kevin Pérez-Allen is United States of Care’s Chief Communications Officer.

With 18 years of experience in the political and advocacy nonprofit arenas, Kevin has adeptly developed and steered integrated communications campaigns for national organizations, political candidates, and state and local ballot measure campaigns across the nation and specifically in his native California. His distinguished background boasts of pivotal roles such as leading media relations at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) Educational Fund, serving as a Press Secretary in the California State Assembly, and making significant contributions to National Security Leaders for Biden by directing Hispanic media outreach during the intense 2020 Presidential Election cycle.

His recent endeavors saw him excel as the Vice President of Issue Advocacy at the renowned national public relations firm BerlinRosen. In this capacity, he oversaw strategic communications for a diverse and prestigious client base including the Center for American Progress (CAP), Fighting For Our Vote coalition, Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee, and Yale University School of the Environment.

A proud alumni of Whittier College, Kevin holds a B.A. in political science.

Outside his professional commitments, Kevin passionately pursues music and sports. He’s an ardent supporter of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Lakers, Rams, and Kings. A native of Southeast LA, Kevin has now settled in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Rachel, their two lovely daughters – Lucia and Eliana – and a pair of feisty cats, Purrl and Purrinda Meowdley.
