United States of Care, 16 Health Advocacy Organizations Submit Amicus Brief to Protect Coverage of Cost-Free Preventive Services
Today, United States of Care and 16 health advocacy organizations submitted an amicus brief with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Braidwood Management Inc. v. Becerra to protect coverage of cost-free preventive services.
Highlighting how eliminating cost-free coverage of preventive services would dramatically reduce consumer use of preventive services and identifying some of the critical services at risk in this case, USofCare was joined by 16 partner organizations from across the country spanning the health care advocacy field in filing this brief.
