Eniitan is the Special Assistant to the Chief Program Officer at United States of Care.
She joins the team with experience in patient navigation and health advocacy and clinical exposure in three continents. In her previous role at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Eniitan served as a liaison between hospitals and community care providers and connected patients with resources based on their specific needs. Additionally, she worked with a selected team to pilot a social determinants of health screening tool implemented throughout Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions via MyChart to better identify vulnerable patients and create personalized action plans that address all factors of their well-being.
Eniitan received her BA in Medicine, Science, and the Humanities from Johns Hopkins University. She is an avid poet and writer and currently lives in Bethesda, MD.
