United States of Care, 47 Health Advocacy Organizations Submit Amicus Brief to Supreme Court to Protect Coverage of Cost-Free Preventive Services
Today, United States of Care (USofCare) and 47 consumer health advocacy organizations submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States in Kennedy v. Braidwood Management Inc. to protect coverage of cost-free preventive services. The amicus brief highlights how eliminating cost-free coverage of preventive services would dramatically reduce consumer use of preventive services and identifies the critical services at risk in this case.
