Shoshi Preuss

State Advocacy Manager

Shoshi Preuss serves as a State Advocacy Manager, where she focuses on advancing state-level advocacy campaigns to support health care reform that improves affordability and coverage for all people.

Before joining USofCare, Shoshi served as the Policy Manager at Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN), the Colorado Primary Care Association. In that role, she led policy and advocacy initiatives to support federally qualified health centers and improve how Coloradans retained and accessed affordable health coverage, specifically Medicaid and marketplace insurance. Shoshi previously served in other roles at CCHN in addition to working as a Junior Project Manager at AARP’s Livable Communities Department, where she supported the Network of Age-Friendly States and Communities.

Shoshi holds a B.A. in Health, Behavior, and Society from University of Rochester and a Masters in Policy Management from Georgetown University.
