Orla Levens (she/they) is the Federal Policy and Government Affairs Coordinator with United States of Care.
Before joining United States of Care, Orla served as a Legislative Assistant with InstaTrac, where she covered policy developments, committee hearings, and floor debate for a Massachusetts-based bill tracking service. Orla also interned in U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren’s Boston office, helping support staffers respond to constituent inquiries. Her passion for meaningful, equitable, and durable policy solutions is informed by her experience in the labor movement, the world of political campaigns, and the communications industry.
Orla received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northeastern University. She resides in her hometown of Chicago.
