Liana Eckberg is the Chief of Staff at United States of Care. In this role, Liana serves as the connective tissue between strategy, organizational priorities, time, processes, and decisions to maximize an organization’s effectiveness.
Liana brings a decade of experience supporting high-performing, rapidly evolving teams through operational support and, in addition to human resources and staffing expertise, specializes in project management. Prior to joining United States of Care, Liana most recently served as the Director of Operations at Stott Development Solutions Group, a women-led development consulting firm.
Liana holds a BA in Gender, Womens & Sexuality Studies from Grinnell College. Originally from New York City, Liana spent the last decade in D.C. before recently relocating to Southern California. When she is not advancing health care solutions at United States of Care, you will find Liana exploring the great outdoors with her husband and goldendoodle.
