2022 Thomas J. Main Ignite Award
We are excited to announce that United States of Care and 7wireVentures are partnering for the second annual Thomas J. Main Ignite Award.
The late Tom Main was a fierce advocate of health equity and expanding consumer access through innovation, as well as a Partner at 7wireVentures and the founder of the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center. Tom’s unwavering focus on improving the US health care system made a lasting impact on many.
Now, for the second year, we will once again honor Tom’s legacy. We are calling for nominations of an exceptional early-stage startup that is igniting change, increasing access, or driving affordability in healthcare, with a particular focus on improving health equity.
The winner will be selected by 7wireVentures and United States of Care and will be presented at this year’s HLTH conference in Las Vegas.
Last year’s winner was Live Chair Health, an innovative company addressing system wide challenges by striking collaborative partnerships between community stakeholders and key healthcare ecosystem organizations to close care gaps for minority populations.
Qualifying startups are encouraged to apply online here. Submissions will be received until September 15, 2022.
We look forward to the opportunity to hear from some of the incredible organizations working to promote health equity.
