Jake Fons is the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships at United States of Care. Having worked in development and fundraising for over a decade, he is a proven fundraiser with expertise in building programs from scratch, relationship building, and team management.
Before joining the USofCare team, Jake worked on numerous Senate campaigns in Minnesota and, most recently, for Senator Tina Smith’s 2018 and 2020 races. Jake served as Finance Director on both of these races, managing a team that raised over $27 million dollars. He also has experience fundraising for political organizations and PACs.
Jake is a University of Minnesota graduate, where he studied Political Science. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and son. You can find him outdoors on a bike whenever he gets a chance.
