Leigh Warren is United States of Care’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Leigh manages the finance, operations, human resources, and information technology functions of the organization.
Leigh has worked for members of Congress both in the United States Senate and House of Representatives. She has worked at political consulting firms and political action committees. Prior to joining United States of Care, Leigh was the COO for EMILY’s List for eight years. Most recently she served as the COO for the State Innovation Exchange, a nonprofit organization that works with state legislators to advance progressive policies.
Leigh received her BA in political science and communications from the Richmond University in London, England and her MS in Public Policy from George Mason University. Leigh lives in Arlington, VA with her daughter.
